July 2017 -I did my 5k walk. After a health crisis, I thought those days were over. First 6 months, we couldn't use cardio equipment. I couldn't even walk to the lockers - it would take too long. I left my keys in the gym sales office. Chris got a group of his clients to be there with me on the day and came out to support me over one year later. The difference between Chris and other trainers I've used is he can adapt quickly to accommodate the flexibility I have that morning and change the workout depending on, literally, what's moving today. It makes a big difference. I did the Swedish SummerRun 5k, OOTD walk in Ptld and training for the 12ks of Christmas 2017 5k. Thanks, Chris!

Explained everything. For each exercise, explained how it helps and which part of muscles it is impacting. Asked about personal goals and told which exercises suits best for that. Yeah he was very friendly, told his experience.

Nick was very communicative, explained each exercise properly, kept an eye on all of us during the session and provided timely guidance. I had told him about my injured shoulder at the beginning of class and he checked in with me regularly to make sure the shoulder was okay during all the exercises.

Blake is a very good teacher and he takes time adjust students if they are using the wrong form. Thumbs up. His class has a great mix of yoga and weights, both focused on the core.

Susan and I have been working together at least once a week for more than 9 months. From the very beginning she paid close attention to exercises, methods, and routines I best respond to. As a result, I have workouts I feel motivated to do even on the days of the week when I don't see her. These are whole-body workouts and they feel like something I can carry with me through the rest of mid-life and beyond. The end result? At 47-years-old I'm down to my college weight and, according to my husband I have "guns" where my puny upper arms used to be. I feel stronger than ever, more confident, and I'm pretty sure I have our workouts to thank for the fewer migraines I've experienced these last several months.
