About Jessica:
Jessica's passion for health and fitness began over ten years ago after taking her first group fitness class. She immediately fell in love with the community and the energy that being in a group setting creates. After several months of taking classes, Jessica was encouraged to try teaching and soon after received her ACE Group Fitness Instructor certification. Over the years, she has become a certified personal trainer, a Master Trainer with Barre Intensity, and has done additional training through TRX, Schwinn, and Balanced Body.
