Wellness Coaching: I'm passionate about helping you improve your sleep, eat a nutrient dense diet, manage stress, and develop healthy habits through 1:1 health and wellness coaching so that you can feel more energized and fulfilled in life!
Yoga: The number one rule in my yoga class: listen to your body, your breath, and how you feel! I guide your practice in a gentle, easy-to-follow, trauma-informed way.
Thai Yoga: Imagine feeling like you just walked out of a relaxing yoga class AND getting a massage at the same time. This 1:1 session combines practices from yoga, acupressure, and Chinese Medicine to release bodily tension and energetic blockages.
Swimming: I have 10+ years of experience in competitive swimming and lifeguarding. Whether you're an absolute beginner or looking to grow your current skills, I am here to support you in your swimming practice.
