My mission is to empower middle-aged women on their transformative journey toward vibrant health. I've guided diverse groups through holistic health practices and fitness coaching in various formats, including Zumba, Mixxed Fit, Fitness Connection Specialty-HIIT Resistance Bands, and Silver Sneakers. My own health journey began eight years ago, leading me to discover my true calling: helping people from all backgrounds achieve their wellness goals.
