Hi sweet friends, my name is Anjali.
I wake up in the morning with the intention of supporting balanced
well-being throughout a community of anyone willing to seek it.
Ways that I love to support people are through mindfulness, meditation and yoga practices.
I am certified in Advanced Yoga, Yoga Therapy, MBSR (Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction), Chakra Theory, Yin Yoga and The Science of Anatomy.
With over a decade of experience I can honestly say I have done much of the deep work required of teachers (and humans) to create a safe container for others to practice authentically and with vulnerability (if they feel called to).
I love to read inspirational works and personally write as well; these practices are woven throughout my classes/sessions.
