Michelle Smith, born and raised in Quito, Ecuador, finds in yoga a conduit for community, mindfulness, and personal growth. With over a decade of experience as a Bilingual Holistic Movement Coach, she dedicates herself to enhancing the lives of modern desk workers by improving posture, mobility, and flexibility through mindful movement. Michelle's classes seamlessly blend Vinyasa sequences with mindful practices, fostering an environment where you can deepen your practice.

Whether guiding you one-on-one or leading you in a group session, Michelle incorporates various movement styles, including Functional Movement, (Steel Mace) Vinyasa/Restorative, Alignment, Longevity, Yoga Therapeutics, Biomechanics, Kinesiology, and Physical Therapy, to enrich your daily life and promote holistic well-being.
