In 2014 I made the decision to go back to school to be a Health Coach and then a Personal Trainer. I had lost my way with my own health during the housing crisis and was one of the millions that were laid off in 2008. I was overweight, pre-diabetic, depressed, and just not in a good place. As I learned how to restore my own health, I realized that I wanted to empower others to do the same thing. As a Certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, Precision Nutrition Health Coach, and NASM Personal Trainer, I create a supportive environment that enables clients to articulate and achieve their goals. Throughout my education, I have been exposed to the most cutting-edge dietary theories and studied highly effective coaching techniques to help clients find the right lifestyle that works best for them. I love helping people learn the skills they need to learn to become the fit and healthy person they want to be.

In 2006 I was diagnosed with Pre-Diabetes. It took me four years to reverse that diagnosis and several more years to figure out how to eat right for my body and lifestyle as well as what exercise worked best for my body. BUT you don't have to take FOUR years! I can help guide you along side your Dr's recommendations to a healthier you!
