About Michelle:
Yoga has been part of my life for over 15 years and my practice helps me grow stronger, more flexible, and live more mindfully both on and off the mat. I currently hold my 500 YTT in Vinyasa with a Yoga Therapy Emphasis. In addition I am a Certified Mindfulness, Group Fitness, Cycle, and Aqua Yoga Instructor. I seek to help others thrive by nurturing body, mind, and soul through yoga and meditation. My hope is that you step off your mat or out of my class feeling refreshed, nourished, balanced, and more resilient. In addition to my fitness certifications I am also an Integrative Health Practitioner helping clients rebalance their gut, hormone, and mineral imbalances. I take a holistic approach to wellness and can provide functional testing and provide supplement education.
