About Michelle:
Yoga has been part of my life for over 10 years and my practice helps me grow stronger, more flexible, and live more mindfully both on and off the mat. I currently hold my 200 YTT in Vinyasa Flow/Mindfulness and am pursuing my 500 hour advanced training. I seek to help others thrive by nurturing body, mind, and soul through yoga and meditation. My hope is that you step off the mat feeling refreshed, nourished, balanced, and more resilient.
