About Katie:
Katie grew up in Arizona, where she fell in love with movement at a young age. Since 2019, she has been working seasonally in Antarctica, working a variety of roles within a remote research station. In 2021, she solo hiked the Arizona Trail from Mexico to Utah, where she began to fall in love with pushing her comfort zone. Since then, she has dedicated herself to learning about yoga, movement, and nutrition. As a chef and holistic nutritionist, she loves food and helping others reshape their relationship with cooking in a positive and celebratory way. She is currently studying to become a NBHWC certified health coach, and is actively pursuing her dream of helping others discover their own relationship with movement, health, and wellness.
Katie believes that movement is an opportunity for self-discovery and challenge. She is dedicated to helping people reframe their relationship with movement and food as an act of self-love and joy.
