I started practicing yoga to relieve back pain, and was surprised at how much better I felt mentally! When it helped relieve my stress and anxiety attacks, I knew I had to share it with others. While going through the teacher training, I learned about aspects of yoga off the mat (mindfulness, meditation, breathing techniques, grounding, etc) and was very intrigued by yoga philosophy. I now focus on teaching yoga to help people reduce stress, overwhelm, and anxiety.
