Kelly was amazing! She is so friendly and personable. I am new to running and wanted to try this run to see if I could do it. She taught me so much today and was incredibly encouraging. She met me where I was at on my journey and was so helpful. She taught us dynamic stretches to warm up which is something I'd never done before. She helped me figure out my pace and taught me about running form, giving me tips on staying in the forward plane, belly breathing, and how to make the most out of using your arms. And she was very enthusiastic and encouraging which made it really fun. I've never been that into running but today was definitely a great day.

Micah is terrific! We were hesitant to start working out with a trainer because neither me nor my husband are that athletic, and neither of us had worked with a trainer before. We both had negative preconceptions of a drill sergeant-type of person yelling at us. But Micah is very low-key, mixing up the types of exercises so we don't get bored. At the end of our sessions we're always glad we came. We'd highly recommend Micah to anyone at any level, even a beginner.
