I am not the best swimmer, but I felt like this class helped me a lot and I made a ton of progress. It was adjustable difficulty, so I didn't feel left behind. I'm really excited to do the next one!!

I truly Loved Nicole’s class!!! Her poses were relaxing and challenged me. Her music selection was great. And her voice is soothing and pleasant. I’m looking forward to her teaching more classes here at Affinity Tavolo.

I had a great yoga session with Anna - it ended up being a 1 on 1 session because I was the only person who signed up that day. I am a beginner, so Anna instructed me in a way that worked for my level, explained the positions and concepts, and gave helpful tips for adjusting my posture to get the best result. I loved the emphasis on doing what feels the best for your body, making sure you’re not forcing any motions, and just going with the flow. I felt great after this class and it definitely made me want to continue to practice. Thanks again!
