Warm and inviting class with Jennifer at 6 pm Monday evening.
I haven’t practiced Yoga since the Pandemic Lockdown in 2020 when our Studio had to close. It felt great returning to my practice and I’m looking forward to returning next week. Jennifer began by reading a Poem by Dana Faulds a favorite Poet to set the mood of our practice. Jennifer’s ability to connect with everyone in the room and assess our needs was appreciated. She was clear with her instruction as she guided us through the various Postures or Asanas that allowed for a level of comfort and ease that was of great benefit.

My wife and I attended Sang's class during our first week of settling in the U.S., and it was an incredible experience. His energy was exceptionally positive and encouraging, creating a fun, enjoyable, and judgment-free atmosphere. He not only made the class engaging but also helped me feel more at home in a new country. As a patient and skilled teacher, he guided us through new dance techniques with ease. We had a fantastic time and highly recommend his class!

The class was amazing and so much more than expected!! It was so cool to have an experience focused on self reflection and self love, with the added bonus of the interactive component with nature the instructor incorporated with bringing in roses. The little celebratory brunch social was also a unique and personal touch! Left feeling great, 10/10 class.

I enjoy yoga classes with Elizabeth. She provides many variations of the same exercise for everyone to find what suits them best. Overall, it's a nice and relaxing way to end your day, and get a little bit of extra activity in.

I loved the experience, even though I was the only one in attendance the instructor offered to cater the class toward me. I would love a 6pm start time if possible as it was my office day so i had to battle traffic in order to make it.
