Kelly was amazing! She is so friendly and personable. I am new to running and wanted to try this run to see if I could do it. She taught me so much today and was incredibly encouraging. She met me where I was at on my journey and was so helpful. She taught us dynamic stretches to warm up which is something I'd never done before. She helped me figure out my pace and taught me about running form, giving me tips on staying in the forward plane, belly breathing, and how to make the most out of using your arms. And she was very enthusiastic and encouraging which made it really fun. I've never been that into running but today was definitely a great day.

Micah is terrific! We were hesitant to start working out with a trainer because neither me nor my husband are that athletic, and neither of us had worked with a trainer before. We both had negative preconceptions of a drill sergeant-type of person yelling at us. But Micah is very low-key, mixing up the types of exercises so we don't get bored. At the end of our sessions we're always glad we came. We'd highly recommend Micah to anyone at any level, even a beginner.

Dmitry is the best! I've worked with many trainers before, but Dmitry by far is the most professional and knowledgeable trainer I've trained with. I previously hurt my back from lifting too heavy and noticed some minor joint pains. I started doing bodyweight workouts but wasn't all that excited. Luckily, I met Dmitry a few months ago. Dmitry showed me a series of functional and calisthenic workouts over the course of 2 months. He really opened my eyes to all the possibilities available for bodyweight movement. I get the best workout ever without even lifting a single weight! Dmitry is personable and very energetic. He's really motivational and gives great fitness advice. For people looking for new, creative ways to exercise and lose weight, I highly recommend Dmitry!

Susan is fantastic trainer because she: - Tailors each sessions to my needs that day - Varies work outs - Explains exercises well and why I should do them - Provides holistic support (nutrition, mental etc) - Provides support in between sessions (reminders, reading materials, you tube videos!) Susan is smart and academic in her approach to training. I feel like I am in very good hands.

Kelly is very attentive to each of her clients in the class. She helps with form to ensure that the exercise is being done properly to achieve maximum results. I will definitely take the class again.

Instructor was the perfect balance of encouragement and pushing me to go harder and better. I appreciated at the end she gave me things to work and focus on for when I'm at the gym alone. Overall a great class!
