Caleb was GREAT! He was very organized and I liked the rotation stations. It kept my mind occupied knowing I would almost be done in one area and then go to another. He was friendly and encouraging. I was disappointed to hear that he won't be at my location for long.

I am pretty sure that Blake's mix of yoga and kettlebells is transformational if done on a regular basis. It is a great workout.
