Megan’s class is a well rounded comprehensive yoga flow that is appropriate for all levels of experience. Her class includes attention to breath work and flow to create state of well being. You will leave class feeling refreshed, revitalized and relaxed.
I love this class. As a beginner it is a perfect class to push yourself in. Amir provides many different moderations to each exercise depending on your comfort level. We end with deep breathing meditations leaving you feeling so relaxed afterwards. Definitely recommend!
Amazing, partly because everyone else cancelled so it was a 1:1 personal training session!! That was awesome, but even if there were more people, I'll definitely be attending again.
He was great! even with limited equipment, John was able to provide a great strength training class and was kind to check in with each exercise. Highly recommend him!
