I have not been in a gym for many years. I want to increase my stamina and flexibility. We are residents of Concord and see the notices in the elevator. I really liked Chris’s coaching style. I plan to continue to attend, work to my limits and get back in a regular routine. Chris was informative, motivating and encouraging. Thanks for the opportunity for feedback.

This class is great! Hakeem really listens to my goals and interests and shapes each session to support my personal fitness objectives. Even in a group setting, he provides one-on-one attention, closely watching my form and offering helpful corrections. That guidance has been incredibly valuable and makes me feel confident that I’m working out effectively and safely, without risking injury. The class is challenging, motivating, and well-balanced between strength and cardio.

Loved the Functional Strength Circuit class! It was a full body workout that pushed me in a good way, and the instructor Faith did an amazing job keeping things engaging and encouraging throughout the entire hour. I felt supported, challenged, and energized by the end. Definitely looking forward to attending again!
