Lovely class! Grace gave clear but peaceful instructions, and encouraged breathing in the positions long enough to feel benefits but also keep some flow. I also enjoy her choice of calm music in the background too. The class was just hard enough but also a very nice stretch and opening too!

I’m incredibly grateful to have had the opportunity to practice yoga under the guidance of such a gifted and compassionate instructor. After dealing with multiple physical challenges, I was nervous about returning to yoga—but from day one, he made me feel supported, safe, and empowered. His attentiveness, deep knowledge, and genuine care for his students shine through in every class. He always took the time to understand my needs and helped me modify poses in a way that honored my body’s limitations while still allowing me to grow. Thanks to him, yoga has become a source of healing and strength again. As I prepare to move, I know I’ll deeply miss his classes—but I carry his teachings with me and remain profoundly thankful for the impact he’s had on my journey.

This class was exactly what I needed to get back into lap swimming. As someone who already felt pretty decent in the water, Chelsea helped me refine my technique and rebuild confidence quickly. She has a great way of offering clear, constructive feedback while keeping the vibe super positive. Her encouragement made it easy to push through challenges and actually enjoy learning new skills. It’s a fantastic offering for anyone looking to feel more comfortable and capable in the pool—supportive, approachable, and genuinely helpful.

Emilio is a great coach who is friendly and dynamic. His class is a combination of different workouts, cardio, strength and good music. During the class, the excercises were fun and challenging. I really enjoyed it!
