Her classes are well-paced, energizing, and leave you feeling balanced and refreshed. She creates a welcoming environment for all levels and truly cares about her students’ progress. Highly recommend!
The vinyasa yoga flow class started out light to ease students in and then shifted to a moderately intense workout of several yoga postures. It was the perfect mix of introducing physical movement and mindfulness. The class ended with her subtly infusing the air with essential oils and vibrations with her sound bowl.
I really enjoyed the group setting, everyone was so supportive of each other. Eyoel really provided helpful knowledge I can carry into my own workouts. I'm motivated and I'm excited to continue with the class.
I enjoyed Alex coaching this class. I felt that she did a great job making class enjoyable but challenging. I will be attending this class whenever I am able to attend.
She's the best Zumba instructor I've ever had! I've tried classes with different teachers, but none compare to her. Her energy is contagious, making us all feel alive and energized. We wish we could have more classes with her!
