This class is great! Hakeem really listens to my goals and interests and shapes each session to support my personal fitness objectives. Even in a group setting, he provides one-on-one attention, closely watching my form and offering helpful corrections. That guidance has been incredibly valuable and makes me feel confident that I’m working out effectively and safely, without risking injury. The class is challenging, motivating, and well-balanced between strength and cardio.
