This class is amazing! I look forward to it every week and miss it so much when I’m not able to make it. Swaroopa is excellent in her practice and her craft and she pays so much attention to details and every student’s progress. I’ve never done yoga before and now I love it!

Carmen is very sweet she is very thorough and enjoys getting to know her class by friendly conversations with all of us. She's very consistent in her exercise program making it very relaxing and it is lower pace for those who cannot do certain exercises. Thank you Carmen for being our fitness coach!🙂🙂🙂

Kyler was great, he had the perfect balance of pushing us to work hard while also being fun and encouraging. I'd definitely like to take more classes with him and try the other classes he teaches.
