I love this class. As a beginner it is a perfect class to push yourself in. Amir provides many different moderations to each exercise depending on your comfort level. We end with deep breathing meditations leaving you feeling so relaxed afterwards. Definitely recommend!

Amazing, partly because everyone else cancelled so it was a 1:1 personal training session!! That was awesome, but even if there were more people, I'll definitely be attending again.

I enjoyed my first class with Brittany. The instructions were clear, the class moved at a good pace and Brittany offered variations in movement for different skill levels among the participants. I look forward to joining the class again next week.

Amazing trainer with a deep anatomical understanding to targets weak spots with strength training and focused exercises. Will continue to use his training even after the sessions! I recommend him to anyone who needs assistance in targeting training certain areas or generally wants to become stronger. Also, James helped with setting a diet course to fit my nutritional needs.
