About Hannah:

As a yoga instructor, Hannah seeks to inspire students to step outside of their comfort zone - to leap head first into uncertainty and discover joy on the other side of the unknown. She does this through a combination of smart, posture preparatory sequencing, unusual transitions, and an unflinchingly upbeat attitude. Hannah's background in music and dance are also evident in her class. She deliberately intertwines music and movement to cultivate intention and feeling. She has been a New York City yoga instructor both in a studio setting and privately for 2 years.
