The variety and tempo of the music was perfect! I even loved the slower songs at the end for stretching. The moves were easy to follow and to remember. Anyone can do this! Plus, I've never burned so many calories in one short period in my life! Let's just say, it's not only fun it's also GREAT workout! Can't wait to go again!
