A different approach to yoga, for me less advanced; seemed like a beginner stretch class. I could be more challenged but overall the instruction was clear on how to do the moves correctly and that was good. Music was ok, and again, a less classical or traditional in Yoga approach to put a lot of that out of mind in order to focus on breathe. Thanks!

ALEXIS is The Bomb! She put together a tough 60 min. full body workout that really pushed me hard enough to feel a big difference and it was fun too. She is positive, knows her stuff on best form, coaches and guides. Thanks Alexis!

Sierra was able to adapt the class as we went along and she saw my ability level. I also liked how she kept checking in to make sure something wasn't being pushed too hard, like my knees. She obviously knows the human body very well and wants to train and stretch it properly. She was great.

Sierra was patient with me, a yoga novice. Fast paced and effective workout. Sierra has the perfect temperament/style to encourage those without a history of fitness, or those who have strayed from the path, to get back into it.

I loved Lexis class it was exactly what I needed. I have never participated in a class like H.E.A.T. I am looking forward to the challenge of doing both of Lexis classes on Friday morning. Lexis was a great instructor! I loved the way that Lexis showed each workout (easy, intermediate, and hardcore). She also made sure to check on us during our exercising to see if we needed to rest or intake water. I have been spreading the word about the classes and have invited people so I hope that they do show up. I am also interested in Lexis for personal training as well. She is very knowledgeable and loves what she does... Looking forward to trying the other classes as well. Thank you Lexis for being who you are and loving what you do.. See you!

Sierra is a great yoga teacher. Her voice were soothing. Her instructions clear, smooth, with no interruptions. She is very patient and attentive with me (since this was my very first yoga class) and made sure I followed along. The program she created was super relaxing, yet helped me stretch my body. In one of the poses (I forgot the name, basically you sit with one leg bent inwards and try to reach the toes of the other leg with both hands) There was a huge difference between what I was able to reach in the beginning of the class and after. I will definitely train with her again.
