I was disappointed with this fitness class and wouldn't recommend it to others. The instructor jumped straight into exercises without a proper warm-up, which made me concerned about potential injuries. The workout felt unbalanced and focused too heavily on certain muscle groups while neglecting others, leaving me feeling like I didn't get a complete full-body session. The energy in the room was flat and uninspiring, making it difficult to stay motivated throughout the class. Overall, the experience was pretty boring and didn't meet my expectations for an engaging, well-rounded fitness class.
