Thank you for a great class yesterday. I learned so much in regard to my yoga practice. I feel more confident carrying out my yoga poses and transitioning between poses to achieve a smoother flow. I feel really motivated to work on improving my form and breathing during my practice following your class. I highly recommend Hegulka Lydia’s Mindful Yoga Class if you want to improve on and develop your yoga practice.

This class will make you sweat! It is an intense class that has plenty of great music that will push you to your limits! Sofia will give you modifications, for example if you have knee issues and can’t do regular jumping jacks then step jacks would be an appropriate modification. I highly recommend this class for anyone looking for a challenge!

Wonderful class with a great instructor. Gys seems to really enjoy getting to know his students and sharing his love of yoga with them.
