Your class was outstanding - learning about selecting produce and prepping for cooking, seasoning tips, and making soup with the scraps to reduce waste. With this new awareness I already feel more confident in my ability to work with vegetables. Thank you!

I find this class to be such a benefit to my health. This class really does remove the feeling of stress and the stretching that we do has made me much more flexible. Great mix of yoga and weights, both focused on the core. Blake is a very good teacher and he takes time adjust students if they are using the wrong form. Thumbs up. The only downside is that Chelsea does not have enough kettle balls for big classes. It will take some creativity.

I really like your teaching style. I like how you break down what seems to me like a somewhat complicated recipes and make it enjoyable and thank also for explaining how to keep it overnight in the fridge so that it can absorb the flavors.

Christina - the Pear 🍐 is my new favorite dessert. Really informative and fun class. I was amazed that something so simple could be so spectacular. I loved pairing the pear with fage yogurt and also with beechers cheese stick to balance the carb protein fat ratio. Thank you!

Kristine shared tips that helped me with my balance and focus. I don't remember enjoying standing poses as much as. Her transitions and choice of music really enhanced the experience. Practicing with Kristine is a lovely experience.

Caleb was GREAT! He was very organized and I liked the rotation stations. It kept my mind occupied knowing I would almost be done in one area and then go to another. He was friendly and encouraging. I was disappointed to hear that he won't be at my location for long.

Caleb is a great teacher and adjusts the workouts to meet everyone's different fitness levels and make it challenging regardless of where you are in the fitness realm. He also is accommodating with injuries and understands for those that need to take a short break.

Very nice gym, maybe consider adding hand sanitizer dispenser in addition to the sanitizing wipes for machines.
