If you are new to cooking or would like to improve and expand on the skills you already have, then then this 4 week course on kitchen basics is for you. Each 60 minute class will cover a variety of related subjects. Learn how to select and properly handle a knife, what to look for in other kitchen equipment, how to make broths, how to properly cook an egg and more. There will be ample time for discussion of the given subject matter and questions on subjects that may not be covered are always welcomed. Led by Chef Michael Blackburn, a classically trained chef with over 30 years of experience.
