Kettlebell Yoga Flow is a combination of two time-tested methods from opposite ends of the fitness spectrum. Styled as a vinyasa yoga class, kettlebell exercises are thrown into the mix and alternated with yoga flows. (Think: 10 swings, then a sun salutation)

Suitable for all levels. No yoga experience necessary.
