Guided Fitness facts
Guided Fitness brings live and virtual fitness classes, 1-on-1 personal training, group training, 1-on-1 massage, and social events to apartment communities, senior living, and commercial buildings. It is not a gym. Classes and sessions happen at those partner sites or online.
Classes include dance and swimming, along with other group fitness. Guided Fitness is known for blending fun and fitness, such as yoga and mimosas.
Who it is for
Residents and building occupants can join classes, book 1-on-1 massage, and schedule personal training or group training. Community and building managers can add on-site and virtual fitness for the people there. Fitness professionals can apply to teach. Class types include Group Fitness, Yoga, Zumba, Crossfit, Pilates, Martial Arts, Life Coaching, Nutrition, Running, Physical Therapy, Tai Chi, Water Aerobics, Cooking, Barre, Dance, Swimming, Massage, Rock Climbing, and Pickle Ball.
Where
Sessions are offered at partner apartment communities, senior living communities, and commercial buildings. Some classes are virtual. A resident starts by finding their community. Each community page lists the classes Guided Fitness is holding there.
How a resident joins a class
Open Find your community, choose your state, and open your community. The community page shows upcoming classes. How it works for residents explains the steps. Signing up for an account is required before a seat is reserved.
How a community gets classes
A community manager starts at fitness for communities. Guided Fitness provides the instructors, the classes, and the resident signup page for that community.
How a provider applies
Open roles are listed on jobs. A provider creates a profile from the jobs page. Teaching a month of classes is confirmed on the website, not by email alone.
The public sitemap lists community pages, class lists, public provider profiles, and open jobs.
