Priya was an excellent instructor. She understood that there were all ages and fitness levels who attended and gave great instructions to adapt to everyone's ability. The time flew by and everyone enjoyed the class. Looking forward to the next class.

Overall the class was great for a beginner. Mike the instructor was friendly and empowering. It was a small group of mighty warriors and we did have fun and learned some new moves. 💪🏼

Loved this Pilates class! Great focus on abs and glutes, and you can really feel the fat burning. No jumping involved, so it’s gentle on the joints but still perfect for sculpting the body. Highly recommended!

Oraima did an excellent job of giving us options on the workout sets. And on the second sets we always got a little more challenge and more reps. It was a great workout.

Loved this class. Jess is such a good instructor. I thought she was a professional dancer. It was my first time and had to sit out a few times, but I got alot out of the class and had the best night sleep in a long time. Great workout. Will build up my endurance.
