Important and necessary class, enjoyable moments, a lot of stretch and breathing exercises. Swaroopa is completely patience and her class is for everyone. It does not matter if you are not experienced, or if you practice yoga everyday, you will for sure have a wonderful time and don't even notice that 1 hour passed by.

I enjoy these yoga classes. It’s just what I want for my body. Helps me with gaining strength and flexibility in my bones and muscles. Also, that’s the only time I meditate.

This is my favorite Guided fitness class and I wish it were twice a week! Fun but good exercise- I always leave very sweaty which is a good sign. Valerie has helped me improve my dance skills so much since I started.

The variety and tempo of the music was perfect! I even loved the slower songs at the end for stretching. The moves were easy to follow and to remember. Anyone can do this! Plus, I've never burned so many calories in one short period in my life! Let's just say, it's not only fun it's also GREAT workout! Can't wait to go again!

Loved this meditation session! The room was very quiet and the instructor, Rebecca, walked us thru different breathing techniques and ways to control our mind from wandering thoughts. Personally, I find meditation very difficult, but I loved this class and can't wait to take it again!

It's not easy for a newcomer to catch all movements and follow a very intensive music rhythm, but it was so fun! Engaging music and nice coach (Jess) help you to stay tuned and fully enjoy the class. Awesome experience and a cool workout by the way. I will definitely repeat it again!

Loved the class, with a helpful presentation with nutrition tips and then sampling a healthy and tasty salad that I will definitely prepare at home. Would love to have a hands-on cooking workshop in the future.

Sara was great and gave a lot of great advise to eat healthy and eat healthy! I would love to have more group cooking classes at Hyde Square. I think it would be a great idea to have us cook along and make different dinner ideas.

Awesome class with new routines every day. Mindy keeps everyone motivated throughout and always makes sure we each have the right posture when doing any particular workout.

This class is amazing! I love Mindy she always takes the time to run through the exercises and she walks around and checks up on every one. Not to mention, I leave her class feeling sore and sweaty which is AMAZING!

I am thankful for the free classes offered at HydeSquare in such a beautiful, beautiful gym. I think I have completed around 9 classes and I have been waited this long to give a review because I want to make sure it’s fair and consistent. Some recommendations from me: I know this is Gentle Yoga but I think It would be fun to do Power Yoga some times? Also, doing Yoga in the ClubHouse is great but I do prefer the Yoga Studio most of the time. Overall, I love the experience. Thank you HydeSquare and Kristine!

I really enjoyed attending the class. I liked how I was immersed in the process. The exercises were a pleasure to do, the trainer gives tips to adjust the level of difficulty. I almost always preferred medium and high difficulty levels. Doris is very welcoming and friendly, extremely professional, her class atmosphere is productive and she gives helpful instructions.

I have such an amazing experience attending sessions with Swaroopa that it's sometimes the most enjoyable hour of my week when both the mind and body find balance. I highly appreciate her professionalism, patience, and dedication to giving her best to each individual. Rebecca is a great instructor. I have a thumb injury and she took special care to ensure I don't strain it further. She even altered few postures(pertaining to my injury) to ensure that I'm comfortable. She pays special attention to the students. Highly recommend taking her classes!!!

The floor is pretty hard so I recommend bringing your thickest yoga mat. Other than that, the room is very quiet, perfect for meditation!

Sometimes it feels too cluttered. For some reason Tuesdays at the gym are crazy busy and sometimes it's hard to listen to her when there is 20 other people working out at the same time.
