I fell in love with yoga as soon as I first stepped on the mat over 15 years ago; in yoga I discovered an incredible tool for bringing balance while energizing both mind and body. In each of my classes, I strive to create the same experience wherein people can refresh, heal, and celebrate the gift of embodiment.
My training background has centered on alignment-focused, anatomically-informed yoga (influenced Iyengar and Anusara schools.) I'm a yoga nerd and love continually learning all about the world of yoga. Today, I'm continuing my Advanced Teacher Training certification at Seattle Yoga Arts which continually inspires me to bring fresh, creative energy to my classes.
My teaching focuses on providing safe, accessible yoga for every body that deepens your sense of ease, body-awareness, and sense of well-being. In addition to offering intelligent, anatomically-informed yoga instruction, I enjoy providing a warm, fun, and creative class environment.
