About Rebecca:

Yoga has been my go-to method for managing stress since 2015. The benefits I've received from practice combined with my passion for wellness are what led me to become an instructor in 2017. In each class I teach we explore posture, breathing, and meditation exercises. In each posture we focus on proper alignment to ensure safe practice.

For students looking to deepen their practice I offer private sessions. Private sessions are designed to achieve your unique wellness goals.

Whether you come to public class or are looking for private sessions I'm confident we can build a practice your health will benefit from.
