In the past, I did not have a good experience with yoga—it was often too difficult for me, especially due to my limited flexibility. However, Sonal’s session completely changed my perspective. Her approach was both thoughtful and balanced—challenging, yet never overwhelming.
Throughout the class, she paid close attention, ensuring that I felt supported and guided. Her attentiveness and calm encouragement made a significant difference for me.
I now feel more confident and motivated to continue practicing yoga, and I highly recommend this class—as well as any other classes led by Sonal.
