I just had a self defense class and it was great. I would definitely recommend it. It is very beginner friendly yet very powerful techniques.

I really enjoyed this class with Lori. She went at a great pace and made sure to provide suggestions for modified moves if needed. The wind down portion of the class was my favorite! It was really relaxing and just what I needed after a long day.

I really liked this cooking class, it gave me great pointers to perfect cooking tofu and the ingredients were simple but tasty. I enjoy this type of cooking, it was an overall quick recipe and I would love to take another class similar to this one.

Topher is a good instructor, he pushes you to do tough exercises. One suggestion to him would be to provide more details about each exercise like which body part it covers. He should also include to use more gym equipments.

The space was okay for 4 people who attended the session. Had it been full house (12 people), it may have fallen short so something to keep in mind for future sessions

Class should combine both weight and other equipments. So it should be allowed to use both gym.
