Learn how to use a heavy bag safely and effectively. In this class, we will use a combination of punching bags, focus mitts, strength training tools, and practicing techniques with no equipment. Heavy bag training is an exercise tool able to improve your fitness level and overall health. When you hit a punching bag, it requires a lot of physical exertion and tests your strength and stamina.
