I attended the Master Your Macros: Fuel Your Goals workshop this morning, and it was an excellent experience. The session was informative and practical. The concepts about macros were explained clearly and in a way that made them easy to apply to my current diet plan. I appreciated the interactive nature of the workshop, as it allowed me to share my current diet plan and receive direct feedback. Overall, it was a great workshop.

Great class! Angelina was friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable, explaining not only how to do the postures properly, but what each posture helps with. She was very patient with me as I do need modifications.

The strength and balance training session was great. Ms. Faith pleasant and friendly. Her guided instructions were clear and they ensured that everyone followed the steps with care and safetiness in mind. I would love to attend her class 2-3 times per week.
