Overall, the workout was great and beneficial. However, I found that I had to ask him questions about breathing, when to engage my core, and which muscle groups were being worked. After I asked him, he proceeded to advise which muscle group was being worked. I noticed he made a sarcastic comment because I asked the questions first. In my opinion, if a trainer see a new client in the class or not, he should always start with teaching the correct posture and encourage it throughout the class as well as educate clients on the exercise and muscle group being used.

Coach T was very thorough. She was very patient and she gave me some good pointers to help me get better. I look forward to future classes and I think her for her knowledge and patience. Excellent instructor.
