Gene was a great instructor. He provided a variety of cardio and strength exercises and tailored the movements to fit each person's skill level. He was also very careful to note we were all doing the exercises appropriately

Brittany made me feel welcome right from the start. The lesson was very nicely put together and I had wonderful time while exercising. Brittany is an amazing instructor and I would love to join her for another flow again 🙏🏻

Lounge space was good for the number of attendees we had. Too bad it was so windy. It would have been nice to have the program held outside.

The location was fine with the number of participants we had (3). I think if we had more, it would have been somewhat difficult to accommodate. I don't know if its doable, but it might be helpful if on the days we have the classes, a notice could be sent to residents telling them the fitness center is closed from X to X time. Something similar to what we do with the lounge when there is a special event there.
