I had such a great work out with Paige last Saturday. After, I wanted to know the circuits we did because it apparently used every part of my body, and was difficult to the level I needed most to improve. I felt guided to get stronger by a real pro the whole time. Thanks Paige! Cannot wait to get back to the gym!

Jessica is a Yoga Professional in every way. I Over the past year and a half of attending her class consistently I have become a better student in my practice, a lot because of Jessica. She has never once disappointed me or any of the other regular yoga students at Lex. . At times when folks think they can just walk into yoga and it will not be a challenge, then blame the instructor, I will say this: keep practicing. That is Yoga when the challenge just becomes more challenging. Thank you Jessica!

Unfortunately, I did not enjoy the class this week. We stayed in positions way too long and the instructor did not provide any modifications. I was under the impression this was a flow class. This was definitely not. More of a strength class with some yoga positions. Not relaxing or rejuvenating at all.

Great all over 1 hr. workout session last night at Lex on machines, mats, bikes, other equipment while under Dustin's 'guided fitness'. I felt it all over and all's good. Thanks Dustin! When I first started Guided I could not lift any weight on the large angled chest press machine. Ask Chris. Now I'm up to 10 lbs. which I did not know because have not used that machine since Chris showed me last year. Progress! My upper body is slow to strengthen but getting there. 3 min Planks helped a lot.00 characters)

My first class with Dustin was really terrific! He is a real fitness pro. In just 1 short hour he showed me how to correctly do various types of strength training exercises to strengthen different parts of my body. He demonstrated several forms of equipment, from mat to machines and quickly moved this class from circuit to circuit. After I felt I had a really good workout. I will definitely make all Dustin's Body Blitz classes.

Such an amazing class. Although I can a minute or two late I was kindly greeted and made to feel right at him by Jessica. The way she presented the postures was perfect, as some tend to come easier than others. She is a true yogi and you can tell she lives with as much intention off the mat as she does on. A great class with a awesome lead. 10/10 will attend again.

Paige always guides this group training toward greater fitness where today the pace moved much faster, and each set move is sustained longer for more control. For me, the workouts always need to feel like it's more challenge, not easy. Then, I discover my strengths and weaknesses, Paige gives that extra push to improve strength awareness from one session to the next, building on prior sets, adding new movements. Burpees are never easy, but especially a challenge at the end of an hour workout session. And, that's all good. Thanks Paige for always planning a professional approach that achieves guided fitness.

I hadn't been pushed that hard by myself in my own workout so to have great direction is super beneficial! The class was very well organised and for people of all fitness levels.

Paige is a pro who clearly plans ahead this 1 hour fitness class where I felt pushed to move beyond my comfort zone, discovered new strengths I didn't know existed, and learned how best to focus on basic full body strength movements also with weights which will improve my form and power going forward. Tyler was great, very adept and knowledgeable trainer, clear at demonstrating the basic moves and correct form for me to know how best to deploy each set and get maximum benefits. Friendly and courteous. Definitely felt it the benefits on the next day which means this workout is fitness forward and a challenge..

Honestly, if I saw his name again as the instructor, I would not go that week. He could improve by incorporating more flow, more movement, more yoga positions, more modifications for those of varying strength and ability levels, sharing more positive and yogi affirmations, making it less about holding a position forever. It even sometimes felt like he was just doing the practice he wanted, not keeping in mind what his class would want or could handle.

I am sure glad I went to Paige's first Body Blitz class here at Lex. This class really is a total and timed body work out using weight machines, cardio, free weights, large stretch balls, kettle bells, medicine balls, mat work, floor work and well, it was terrific overall! While it is always hard to get to a fitness class right after a workday on a Monday, this class is worth Hopefully more folks at Lex will come next Monday because the buddy mat work Paige integrates focus on the core and that's really fun! Thanks Paige. Getting stronger now.

Chris works our class inside and out, both in body and in workout types of space as he used the great Spring Denver sun to take us out on a tough series of running with medicine balls around the campus areas, other strength training circuits, and started / ended it all off by 2 spinning sessions with weights. Chris always makes exercise fun, even when it is hard work at times. I really enjoyed the way he incorporated outdoor routines near the indoor gym so we had lots of new moves, variety, fresh air and yes, a good workout. Now I know how to use that little walkway more efficiently for a great training session. I especially like the way he used the spin room, the mats, incorporated short yoga at the close and also the universal. He pushed me a bit on the medicine balls, but that was all good too. Always a well-rounded session in 60 minutes. Thanks Chris!

Paige gave me a great idea on how to really get focused on my posture, and strengthening the muscles which I so often neglect, using bands, and learning how to concentrate on slow, steady form driven movements. Paige always guides this group training toward greater fitness where today the pace moved much faster, and each set move is sustained longer for more control. For me, the workouts always need to feel like it's more challenge, not easy. Then, I discover my strengths and weaknesses, Paige gives that extra push to improve strength awareness from one session to the next, building on prior sets, adding new movements. Burpees are never easy, but especially a challenge at the end of an hour workout session. And, that's all good. Thanks Paige for always planning a professional approach that achieves guided fitness.

A different approach to yoga, for me less advanced; seemed like a beginner stretch class. I could be more challenged but overall the instruction was clear on how to do the moves correctly and that was good. Music was ok, and again, a less classical or traditional in Yoga approach to put a lot of that out of mind in order to focus on breathe. Thanks!

Chris is a great fitness professional adept at pushing me to get pumped up and move my personal best from start to finish. Over 1 hour on a Saturday morning I always leave feeling a bit stronger and smarter on how to my movements right. I enjoy how Chris quickens the class pace while he engages everyone to deploy a wide variety of sets toward a challenge level that's tough, upbeat and fun. Paige knows what she is doing but I think maybe either the loudness of the music made me feel a bit weezy combined with the closeness and the hotness of the small yoga room. More people showed up. One 1-1 with Chris Maple was terrific. I learned what I was doing wrong on a lot of things from how to get the most out of basic squats to how to most efficiently use certain machines to improve areas of my body that I already know to be my weakest. I enjoyed a great work out that was focused on learning best techniques which I know I'll remember to use going forward. Chris is professional who is expeditious in how he works thru your 1 hour session so you to get the maximum from yourself, and improve. Thanks Chris!

I give FIVE 5 stars to Tyler Connolly for one's personal trainer. He's careful to listen with a focus attention on directing a 1 hr. session toward ways you can start to improve your general physical wellness and fitness by correct use of appropriate weights, equipment already available and other at home physical training tools/techniques. The studio was decently quiet, but the room got a little hot and humid due to poor ventilation. We had to open the door, but other than that, not bad.

We've requested before to Guided Fitness and again on Feb. 23rd that Body Blast HIIT workout instructor NOT choose to use small unventilated lower level space as it's not safe for HIIT classes where NO air, especially on a 50 degree morning like last Saturday. Not even a working fan in this space which is obviously not safe for any High intensity workout as was planned last Saturday. Last time this room was used for HIIT we lost 4 people in our workout group. I had to leave gagging for air. This small closed-in room is ok with a working fan for evening low intensity Yoga I classes. Folks aren't "missing out" on this experience as last Sat.👎 We have a big, well ventilated upper Fitness gym on the upper level with doors for outside air. I never miss a class but please, no HIIT in LL!

The quality of the gym the past four months has been VERY disappointing. Two of the treadmills have not been working since January, all the benches are falling a part and unsafe to use, and there has been a leek in the ceiling for the past month that has not bee resolved (a bucket sits int eh middle of the equipment) not to mention none of the tvs seem to be working. For the amount of money we pay for the facilities and the way that the gym is promoted on the Lex's website constitutes false advertising and lack of commitment to maintaining quality.

The yoga room is very nice and clean with great equipment, it was a little hotter than I would have liked for a yoga class though.

The floors in all the rooms lower level could be cleaner. One of the two rowers is broker for several months. But overall love The Lex Fitness Center!

I'm very thankful to have a gym at my apartment so I don't have to buy a membership elsewhere. I LOVE that they offer free workout classes!! The gym itself isn't bad, it can get quite hot and stuffy in there. I'm not sure if the AC doesn't work sometimes? It has a good amount of gym equipment. There's also a cycle studio (I wish we had cycle classes), yoga studio with a weekly yoga class, indoor basketball and racquetball courts, sauna and steam rooms, there's a lot!

Fans in lower level exercise room and Wi-fi to screen to hear music in Spin Room need maintenance. Still need to have at least the vents working for the air to move in these 2 exercise rooms below ground since no means for circulation otherwise.

When will all the room ceiling fans be operating; spin, yoga and main exercise on main level, at least so there is a bit of very much needed ventilation and circulation? Now, all workout rooms are very stuffy, makes workouts tougher and even smells a bit funky in the main gym. Seems this is a maintenance issue, que no? I suggest Management install dimmer switches for ceiling lights in the lower level Yoga and Spin Rooms and to purchase a fan for the Spin Room. All instructors have asked for this since November because of course, some parts of the sessions are cool down and Yoga in particular should have a dimmed light setting. Thanks for suggesting this to Lex these inexpensive improvements. A fan was purchased for the Yoga room but the Spin Room really needs it too.

The fitness rooms are clean and well equipped. Stand fans are provided in small yoga and spin room. Ventilation improved in main weight room. Cleaning post work out bottles and paper towels provided and water bottle fill is available. The spa is clean and residents can feel safe. Thanks Lex and Guided Fitness.

All the exercise rooms could use fans. The instructor could not find how to turn on the ceiling fans that appear to be there. Stand up portable fans are greatly needed in Spinning Room and Yoga room. Thanks.

Time to oil up the adjustment on weight equipment and add a few portable fans in all the rooms, including spinning and yoga rooms used for fitness classes now. Or let us know how to turn on the fans that appear to be in the ceiling. Also need to know how to connect with the blue tooth to the spinning room screen so can take a self-class that will make the work out much more enjoyable while spinning. Screen is there but no one knows how it works with the bikes, doesn't turn on.

I think this is a very nice gym for an apartment complex. There’s a decent amount of equipment and room if you include the downstairs. I can’t wait to find the sauna.
