Lean & Strong is a class focused on maximizing your potential to burn fat and improve total body strength for a leaner and stronger you.

This 60 minute class includes...
-Total Body Warm-Up
-Focus on Effective Foundational Strength Movements
-Higher Intensity Fat Burn Section.
-Cool Down to ramp up recovery.
