The overall experience was great. It’s a good workout and she keeps us moving continuously.

I did not realize the class would include the verbalization. Never have participated in yoga. I did not care for it.

Really good. I prefer in-person, but this was fine except I kept hearing a loud noise...maybe her timer?

I felt great after class and I’m so weak. Yoga alone doesn’t make me strong.

He keeps up with what each member wants to accomplish and works independently and collectively with the group.

Great class! Rohan is an excellent coach. He helped me to have proper form and use the correct amount of weight on each of the machines which I appreciated. Love that the class is offered in the evening as I work during the day as some of the others who live at Solea. Looking forward to attending next time

Went well my first time doing yoga so it’s something I’ll have to get used to was having a problem with my back, and she was very conscious of that. Making sure that I did not hurt my back at all.
