The strength training class with Melissa is great. She adjusts the exercises to accomodate different needs. Melissa is also a great encourager along my fitness journey.

I rarely say this about a fitness class, but I truly enjoyed it. The 30 minutes flew by! This is the second in-person class I've taken and have been very pleased!

Michael was great! He was interested in my fitness history and routine, and was patient and kind in his explanations and showing me how to do things. I felt encouraged in each new circuit we did and he was responsive to any questions or concerns I had. Will definitely sign up for another class with him.

The fitness center at 147 Columbia is great. It has everything you need to get in a good workout, between the cardio machines and the weights. It's kept clean and I find the other residents courteous in behavior when sharing the space.
