Important and necessary class, enjoyable moments, a lot of stretch and breathing exercises. Swaroopa is completely patience and her class is for everyone. It does not matter if you are not experienced, or if you practice yoga everyday, you will for sure have a wonderful time and don't even notice that 1 hour passed by.

I enjoy these yoga classes. It’s just what I want for my body. Helps me with gaining strength and flexibility in my bones and muscles. Also, that’s the only time I meditate.
