Good class. Although I don't do floor work, I am familiar with modifications and used them as needed.i gave it 4 stats only because I felt tje music was too loud and distracting. I realize that could've been my device, though.

Although I thought we would've been using some or all of the machines in the gym, it was overall still a good class, a good workout.

Of all the classes I’ve had, I have the most confidence in Angelina as our instructor. I love how she describes what is happening in the body with each pose and what it is use for. Her instructions is clear and she makes me feel calm with positive energy. She lets me know how far to go in pose because of my weakness with my shoulder and asthma. I have made improvements in my body and joints.

Great class! Angelina was friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable, explaining not only how to do the postures properly, but what each posture helps with. She was very patient with me as I do need modifications.
