It was really good. It covered overall body muscle exercises. I hope this is done daily or atleast weekly basis. Literally felt good at the end of the session like yeah I did good amount of exercise.

Explained everything. For each exercise, explained how it helps and which part of muscles it is impacting. Asked about personal goals and told which exercises suits best for that. Yeah he was very friendly, told his experience.

Nick was very communicative, explained each exercise properly, kept an eye on all of us during the session and provided timely guidance. I had told him about my injured shoulder at the beginning of class and he checked in with me regularly to make sure the shoulder was okay during all the exercises.
