Thank you for offering In-Person Guided Fitness classes for us here. It is a fun and very beneficial aspect of working here at CBRE Ridgewood in Bellevue.

Dee is a great instructor. I always enjoy her yoga classes.

I very much enjoy the Yoga class with Dee. I was nervous because I’m a beginner and not flexible at all. Dee had a calming teaching style and help me get more comfortable with yoga. I look forward to attending as many classes with her as possible. I do wish her classes were held on other days of the week too!

Neha was very knowledgeable and had a lot of great tips and accommodations for the different exercises! It was an amazing workout!
