This yoga class is perfect for those new to yoga and seasoned yogis. The postures can be accommodations for all bodies. Explore the physical, mental, and emotional benefits of yoga practice through simple movement, mindfulness, and breathwork. The poses in this class are designed to encourage openness in the body and find rest and rejuvenation for the mind. Location is weather permitting, if the class needs to move indoors the coach will message participants in advance. Don't forget your yoga mat!
