Class was fantastic Lonelle takes her time explaining step by step all the exercises. She allows everyone to workout on different levels.
Also provides her own equipment and her excellent technique makes the class effective.

This was only my second in-person yoga class with Guided Fitness at The Grant but it was such a wonderful experience! Exceptional. From the level of challenge, to the music playlist, and instructor guidance–it was all amazing! Please have Syd instruct this class at the roof-top pool in the evenings!

Sidnu did a great job setting the lounge up to feel warm and inviting by having very soft lighting. However, part of the lounge was open to others who were using the conference rooms and it was a bit distracting.

The room could be better. The Grant should block the hour for yoga so that we do not have people running on treadmills and lifting/dropping weights. It's too noisy.
