Wow, this is the workout you hate while you're there and so proud to finish when you're done. Just when I thought I couldn't do it anymore, we switched to a new focus area and I was encouraged by the instructor that I actually could keep going. He was quick to give pointers and model when my form was off and keep the feel of the class relaxed and not stressful while pushing us the entire 45 minutes! I'll be back for sure.

I was glad to be able to participate in a health assessment that incorporated core, strength, flexibility, and cardio, so I can see what level of fitness I am at.

This is my 4th training session with Chris, and I can feel a great progression towards my fitness goal. Being unfit for a long time, it was hard to get back on track. Chris has been designing great exercises and routines for my fitness level, and keeping me excited about working out more often. I can't wait to see the results at the end of my 12-session package.

Kelly was amazing! She is so friendly and personable. I am new to running and wanted to try this run to see if I could do it. She taught me so much today and was incredibly encouraging. She met me where I was at on my journey and was so helpful. She taught us dynamic stretches to warm up which is something I'd never done before. She helped me figure out my pace and taught me about running form, giving me tips on staying in the forward plane, belly breathing, and how to make the most out of using your arms. And she was very enthusiastic and encouraging which made it really fun. I've never been that into running but today was definitely a great day.

She is very knowledgeable and easy to follow. I appreciate the way she models, explains what the movement does for our body and then tweaks the way we do it so we get the most out of our workout. She knows her stuff and I'm excited to be working with her!

I felt an instant rapport with Kelly and can tell we will work well together. She is knowledgable and caring, and I trust her to guide me through workouts. I know she will be tough while still making sure I have fun and avoid injury. I'm excited to get going!

The rooms at the gym are too small for a class, so we had to have the class at the common room. It is not too bad, but it is noisier and the space is a bit awkward.

My only issue is that theres not enough space at the Reserve.

I enjoy our gym, but I wish we had a regular squat rack instead of an assisted squat rack/Smith Machine and an Olympic bar where we can do regular squats instead of assisted squats, and the Olympic bar and weights so we can do other exercises like deadlifts. Also a bench press set up would be nice. Not an assisted one.
