One of the saddest things I hear as an instructor is "I can't do yoga." My goal is to create a non-judgmental, uplifting, and accessible space for yogis of all walks, experiences, identities, and backgrounds to find what they need out of a yoga practice. From nourishing, restorative classes to fiery Vinyasa flows; from balances and inversions to mindfulness and breathwork, I have a lot to offer. I have personally found physical, emotional, and mental healing through yoga and I hope to bring the same to you!
In my classes I offer mixtape-worthy playlists, relatable themes and reflections, many options, choices, and levels of intensity in the movements, optional hands-on adjustments, and further one-on-one instruction if desired. All in a shame-free, fun environment.
