Aqua yoga is a great way to move your body and enjoy the benefits of yoga while reducing joint impact and providing a different stimulus and resistance through the water for your muscles to vary your yoga routine. Ages 14 years or older for class. No lifeguard on duty. While the class will finish after 45 minutes of guided aqua yoga, participants are welcome to stay in the pool afterward.
