With over 8 years of experience in the fitness industry, I’m Coach Irving Wright—better known as Coach Irv. I specialize in weight loss, Tabata, and resistance training, helping clients build strength, endurance, and sustainable fitness habits.

Beyond adult fitness, I’m passionate about youth development. As a licensed basketball coach, I design training programs that focus on speed, agility, quickness (SAQ), and performance-based resistance training. My goal is to not only improve athletic ability but also boost confidence, discipline, and overall well-being in young athletes.
