About Carol:

I started practicing yoga as a way to lengthen my muscles after training for a marathon. Since that start, I became attached to the way my body felt moving through vinyasa flows coordinated with my breath. Yoga brings joy while strengthening the body and bringing stillness to the mind. It's this combination that I bring to my classes, teaching yin yoga to increase range of motion in the joints, vinyasa to energize and build flexibility, pranayama to help the body turn inwards, whether with energizing or calming breath, and arm balances and inversions to challenge our beliefs in what our bodies can do. I practice yoga daily and love to share that passion with others.

In my spare time, I am a former marathon runner, triathlete, and varsity cheerleader. I love to learn knew things, from ai to new yoga practice. I am a knitter, reader, lover of good conversation and good company.
