I am a long time practitioner of both Yoga beginning in 2001 and Meditation, with a daily weekday practice in a Sangha, that began online during Covid-19 and still going strong. I am writing this to share with my neighbors and friends at Pondview what an absolute pleasure and privilege it is to be able to practice both Meditation and Yoga on Tuesday evenings each week with Debbie. She is a delightful and thoughtful presence whose knowledge and ability to communicate during the classes she teaches, belies her years. I cannot recommend her more highly because the proof is in the pudding.
