About Stephanie:

Being able to include some form of movement into your day is something to be immensely grateful for. When I discovered yoga, I loved the way it brought mindfulness to my movement - now I love to help others do the same. I guide yoga classes that include all the things - breath work, dynamic movement & stillness.

My intention is to empower you to make the best choices for your body with movement that is functional, approachable & enjoyable. I believe in meeting yourself where you are. We all have unique things happening in our body & I like to honor that instead of avoid it. To do that, I create & deliver classes that give everyone a place to belong, feel healthy & capable. Time is a strong value for me, so each class is meaningful & focused on your wellbeing. My group classes become welcoming & inclusive communities you’ll want to stay connected to. If you want 1:1 or smaller group time, I'm happy to work with you to curate a movement session that gives attention to what you need.
